Guided Habitual Excellence Assessment
The Pittsburgh Futures Collaborative helps leaders capture more value in their organization using a Guided Habitual Excellence Assessment, which identifies challenges within the existing systems.
What is the Guided Habitual Excellence Assessment?
The Habitual Excellence Assessment is a 4-day, immersive experience through Pittsburgh Futures Collaborative that enables leaders to evaluate their organization’s work, improvement, and management systems against best-in-class standards.
During the guided assessment, participants have the opportunity to view their organization more holistically, identify gaps and strengths, and learn how effective leadership can implement an integrated, reliable system that changes the workplace for everyone, for the better.
What organizations will learn from the assessment:
The current snapshot of your organization, including systems challenges and existing problem-solving techniques
Ways to leverage sharing across the organization to contain, learn, and improve faster
Using the scientific method to create lasting, impactful improvements
Habitual Excellence leadership framework
Systems building skills to create results that are habitually excellent
What type of leaders should participate in a Habitual Excellence Assessment?
Visionaries in search of improvement for everyone. Pittsburgh Futures Collaborative works with leaders seeking transformational change across their teams. We teach leaders how to guide their organizations towards improved safety, quality, and efficiency, while enhancing quality of life for the workforce.
